X-rays have cleared Broncos prop Joel Clinton of a fractured collarbone.

However, Clinton will definitely miss this Friday's home clash against Wests Tigers after being diagnosed with a grade two AC joint injury.

He is expected to be sidelined for up to three weeks.

Injured playmakers Darren Lockyer, Peter Wallace, Michael Ennis and PJ Marsh, as well as suspended Test centre Justin Hodges, all missed Brisbane's 34-16 loss to the Raiders over the weekend but Ennis is set to return on Friday.
