WESTS Tigers star Robbie Farah and his manager, Sam Ayoub, will meet Tigers officials today as the club steps up its bid to keep the representative hooker once his contract runs out at the end of next season.

"I'm going to see [recruitment manager] Warren McDonnell and [chief executive] Scott Longmuir in the morning," Ayoub said last night. "Robbie is going to join us before training starts … Robbie is one of the most sought-after players for 2010 and beyond. Everyone knows Gold Coast is very keen on him, but they are not the only rival club that wants to talk.

"Robbie wants to know more about the Tigers' plans for the future, including what they're going to do in a few key positions. Hopefully, we'll learn more tomorrow."

Farah and Ayoub flew to the Gold Coast last week to meet Titans boss Michael Searle and coach John Cartwright.

The Titans were chasing Farah and Melbourne hooker Cam Smith, but pulled out of the chase for Smith, who yesterday confirmed his future at Melbourne until the end of the 2012 season.
